REFUNDS

30-day money-back guarantee. You can return your EZ Pillowcases for any reason within 30 days of delivery, even if you've used them.

How to return: email annek1962@cox.net with your order number. We'll reply with the return address. Mail the pillowcases back by any tracked shipping method.

Cost of return: return shipping is paid by the customer. If your order arrived damaged or you received the wrong item, we'll send you a free return label. There is no restocking fee.

Refunds: we refund the product price to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. Original shipping charges are not refunded.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellation requests may be possible until a shipping label has been generated. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order.

All cancellation requests are reviewed by EZ Pillowcase and may be denied if the order has already been packed, a shipping label has been generated, or the parcel has already been collected or dropped off for shipment.
